How to make  Carrot, Potato, Peas curry        

 

Ingredients:

1.     Potato  400 gm

2.    Carrot  200 gm

3.    Peas    180 gm

4.    Red chilli powder/quarter of a spoon

5.    Salt One-third of spoon / you can add less or more check, in the end, its depends upon your taste

6.    Garam masala Less than a quarter of a spoon

7.    Coriander powder less than a quarter of spoon.

8.    Black pepper Less than a quarter of spoon even less than that.

9.    Onion / 1

10.                       Tomato / 1.5

11.                       Cooking oil Half cup

 

 

Method of Making

 

1.     Take pot and put oil in it.

2.     Cut onion into pieces and add in the pot.

3.     Brown the onion  

4.     After onion add red chilli powder

5.     Add salt

6.     Put little water three to four spoon and keep the low flame

7.     Add coriander powder

8.     Add black pepper

9.     Cut tomato into pieces and add

 

10. Keep frying tomato

11. If you feel a smell of burning of red chillies add little water

12. After 2 min add potatoes

13. Add pieces of carrot

14. Add peas

15. Add water two to three glass

16.Put the lead on you can make in the pressure cooker

17. With the pressure cooker 18 mint pressure is needed.

18. Without a pressure cooker you can cook with lead on with medium flame for 30 minutes.

19. Keep checking if the water level is down it will try to burn so add little water unless potatoes and carrots are cooked.

20. Your tasty potato, carrot and peas curry is ready to be served.

Note: this curry doesn’t have much water left in the end is little water remains in the end for better results.

 

 

 

2. How to Paratha roll                  

 

Ingredients.

1.    Paratha rolls you can buy from any Pakistani or Indian grocery shop

2.    You the need is 200 gm of chicken should be boneless

3.    Red chilli powder less than a quarter of a spoon

4.    Mayonnaise

5.    Tomato sauce

 

 

 

 

 

Method of Making

 

1.     Add little oil in the pan three to four spoon

2.     Fry the chicken slices

3.     Add salt

4.     When chicken is frying add little water with hand

5.     When your chicken pieces are fried and brownish take it out

6.     Now worm the paratha

7.     Add little mayonnaise  

8.      Add fried chicken in the middle of the paratha

9.      Add a little tomato sauce

10. Roll the paratha

11. Your chicken paratha roll kebab is ready to be served.

12.Fry samosa now for a while until its well brownish

13. Take out when it's ready

14. Your tasty samosa is ready to be served.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  How to make Potato and cheese sandwich           

 

 

Ingredients.

1.    One potato

2.    Slice bread

3.    Cheese

4.    Salt less than a quarter of the spoon

 

 

 

Method of Making

 

1.     The first thing is to boil the potato

2.     Take the scale of when the potato is boiled

3.    Now mash the potato

4.     Add salt to the mashed potato

5.    Take two slices of bread and take off the corners with a knife.

6.    Put the mashed potato in the bread slice

7.    Add a little bit of cheese.

8.    Put the other slice on the top

9.    Now put this sandwich in the homage or  gold star Chinese oven for 2 minutes

10.                       Make sure you put a slice in a pan in the oven

11.                       Now take out the sandwich it's ready to be served.

 

4.    How to make a Chicken and Cheese Sandwich        

 

 

Ingredients.

5.    Boiled chicken 200 gm

6.    Bread slice

7.    cheese

 

 

 

Method of Making

 

1.     take of the bread corners with a knife

2.     Put boiled chicken in the bread slice

3.    put cheese on the top a little bit

4.     put the other slice on the top

5.    Put the slice in the pan and put in the oven for two min

6.    Your A tasty chicken cheese sandwich is ready to be served.

6.   Bitter gourd/ karala   dry curry                    

 

Ingredients.

1.    Two bitter gourd

2.    One onion

3.    Not mash coriander half spoon

4.    Salt one-third of the spoon

5.    Chilli powder

 

 

Method of Making

 

1.    Don’t cut the bitter gourd into pieces jut take one 90 angles cut in the middle and take out the stuff

2.    Now It's time to make the masala which we have to add in the full bitter gourd.

3.    So for that  take the onion to add below mention things

4.    Add coriander or coriander powder

5.    Add red chilli powder

6.    Smash these onions and make masala by grinding which we have to fill in the bitter gourd.

7.    So in the one bitter gourd add some masala

8.    Fold it and cover with a cotton cord which uses in clothes.

9.    Fold cord around the bitter gourd

10.                       Now take a frying pan

11.                       Add one cup oil

12.                       When its worm fry the folded bitter gourd

13.                       When It looks like its fry should not take long maybe 5 to 6 minutes and it's done]

14.                       Your tasty bitter cord dry curry is ready to be served.
