Making rice is easy and interesting

How to Mix Daal Rice :

Ingredients:

1.    Chana daal or chickpeas / 200 gms

2.    You can add Masoor dal / 50 gms

3.    Daal Mash / 50 gms

4.    1 Onion per 4 people serve

5.    Chilli powder./ Half teaspoon

6.    Salt / I third of spoon

7.    Garam Masala/ Quarter of spoon

8.    Garlic Paste / Half spoon

9.    Ginger paste/half teaspoon

10.                       Black pepper. / quarter of spoon

11.                        Haldi very little less than a quarter of Spone

12.                        Tomato / 2

13.                       Rice / Boiled one glass or two glass as required

 

Method of cooking

1.    Boil the rice separately in a rice cooker or whatever.

2.    Put chickpeas mash daal(green lentil) and masoor daal(Pink lentil) in the pot add much water that could boil daal for 1 an hour on high flame.

3.     Add half-size tomatoes  you can add full tomato without cutting its gonna give a real taste after when daal is boiled.

4.    Cut both onion into pieces and add into boiling daal.

5.    Add chilli powder according to your taste or as per instruction.

6.    Add Garam masala

7.    Add salt.

8.    Add black pepper.

9.    Add haldi powder.

10.            Put lead on the pot and keep it boiling for one hour.

11.            Check after 40 minutes sometime water level is not enough and daal get burnt.

12.            After one hour your daals are boiled specially chana daal or chickpeas they could be sometime harder to boiled so make sure they are boiled if not boiled add some water and keep boiling unless its boiled.

How to make turka?

1.    Now Your daal is prepared so separate it.

2.    Get a fry pan add some cooking oil in the frypan as much you need some people like more cooking oil but it depend upon you that how much oil you want in the daal. For best result add half cup cooking oil and put fry pan on the stove.

3.    When oil is hot add garlic and ginger paste.

4.    Add very little water during frying garlic  two to three-time with hands it will give a beautiful smell on the low flame.

5.    Now add this oil to the boiled ready mix daal.

6.    That it you mix daal is ready to serve.

2.    How to Make Chana daal or only chickpeas Rice

 

Ingredients.

 

1.     Chickpeas two can or two cups.

2.     Rice two cup.

3.     Tomatoes 2

4.    Garlic paste/half teaspoon.

5.     Coriander powder/one-third of a spoon.

6.     Salt I third of spoon or according to your taste.

7.     Chilli flakes / very little quarter of a spoon according to your taste if you don’t want too much spicy you can add chilli in my all recipes less but use it for sure without it daal has no taste and its also good for health.

8.    Chilli powder/quarter of spoon.

9.     Garam masala/quarter of spoon.

10.            Two onion

 

Method of Making Chana daal rice or Chick peas rice

 

1.    Boil the rice in a rice cooker and keep them away.

2.    Put a quarter of oil in the pot and put one cut onion and fry

3.    When onion brownish put chickpeas

4.     Add tomatoes.

5.    Add Garlic paste/half teaspoon.

6.    Add Coriander powder/one-third of a spoon.

7.     Add Salt I third of spoon or according to your taste.

8.    Add Chilli flakes

9.    Add Chilli powder/quarter of spoon.

 

10.            Add Garam masala/quarter of spoon.

11.           Put water and fry daal for a while 3 to 5 minutes.

12.           After five minutes put four glass of water or more and keep boiling it

13.           After daal has boiled keep it away.

14.           Put a quarter of oil in the pan and make it worm.

15.           Put little garlic paste quarter of spoon in the frying pan

16.           Put little water with hand two times during frying

17.           Now put this oil in the /chick piece pot or daal pot

18.           Now your rice is boiled and the daal is boiled.

19.           Now you can serve daal and rice put on the rice on a plate and it's ready to serve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Masoor daal Rice / Pink Lentil Rice

 

 

Ingredients.

1.    Daal masoor one and half cup

2.    Onion / 1

3.    Tomato / 1

4.    Garlic ginger paste half teaspoon

5.    Salt I third of the spoon

6.    Coriander powder quarter of a spoon

7.    Black pepper / Quarter of spoon

8.    Red chilli powder quarter of spoon.

9.    Garam masala.

 

 

Method of Making

 

14.                        Boil the rice and keep these away.

15.                        Take a pot and boil masoor daal for 1 hr when it's not under pressure. Add below the item before boilings

16.                        Add tomato

17.                       Add onion

18.                       Add coriander.

19.                       Half cup of oil

20.                        Add garam masala

21.                       Add salt

22.                       Add chilli powder

23.                        Add half garlic paste

Add these things and keep boiling.

When everything is boiled keep it away

Take a frying pan

Fry half left garlic in frypan in a little oil

Put bit water with hand two times

Now put this fried garlic and oil in the pot

 

Your masoor daal is ready serve with rice

 

 

 

 

Chicken Rice

 

 

Ingredients.

24.                        Half kg / Make small pieces with bones but not too small

25.                        Rice two cups / Boil these and put them away

26.                        Mada one cup

27.                        Salt half spoon

28.                        Chilli powder

29.                        Onion

30.                        Tomato / 2

 

 

Method of Making

 

31.                         Take the chicken pieces

32.                        Fry the chicken pieces in a fryer or pan

33.                         After pieces fried dip them in cold water

34.                        Take maida or flour add half salt to the flour

35.                        Add half chilli powder in the flour

36.                         Put the watered chicken pieces in the flour and get them out then put them in the water and again put them in the flour  and now take them out and again fry these pieces.

37.                        Now take a pot fry left onion in a half cup of cooking oil

38.                        When onion brown put one tomato and fry it

39.                         Put left salt and chilli powder which quarter of spoon

40.                        Put little water half of cup and fry tomato

41.                         Now take out the fried curry in a pot

42.                        Now put some ready curry in a pot and add rice  and some chicken pieces

43.                         Make two layers like this repeat like point 42.

44.                         Now put the pot on the stove on the low flame and cover pot leads with paper or cotton cloth and put on and wait for 15 minutes.

45.                        Your chicken piece Rice is ready

46.                        Enjoy the Chicken Piece rice and enjoy

 

 

 Chicken fried Rice

 

 

 

 

Ingredients.

47.                        Rice two cups put one spoon vinegar and boil them and put them away

48.                         Chicken half kg/boil and and take the boon away and cut into small pieces

49.                        Red chilli pepper quarter of a spoon

50.                        Salt half spoon

51.                        Cauliflower/ band gobi which looks like lettuce / 1 / cut into pieces like slices

52.                        Black pepper half teaspoon

53.                        Vinegar one spoon

54.                        Soya sauce / three spoon

 

 

Method of making Chinese chicken fried rice

 

 

55.                         Put half cup of cooking oil in pot and fry capsicum for 3 mint and take them out and put them away

56.                         Fry cauliflower or band gobi in a left oil and add one cup water and put a lead for while and with breaks keep checking and mixing it.

57.                        When band gobi is fried put chicken and keep frying it.

58.                        Put vinegar

59.                        Put capsicum

60.                        Add salt and red chilli powder

61.                        Now its time to add boiled rice and mike them little bit and

62.                        Add vinegar and soya sauce.

63.                        Add black pepper

64.                        Now its time to give steam so make a low flame and cover the pot lead with a cotton cloth or pepper and put the lead back on.

65.                        Keep it on the low flame for 20 minutes.

66.                        Your Chinese fried Rice is ready to be served.
